Dear teachers:
(a) An applicant will no longer be required to file a translation of priority documents in all cases.
(b) An applicant will no longer be required to file a translation of priority documents in any cases.
Are (a) and (b) synonymous?
Thanks. |

(a) The documents will be required in certain cases, but not in other cases. More explanation is needed to understand when they are still required.
(b) The documents are no longer required, no matter what the case is. |
