Hi,there
I've seen people use both 'relaxing atmosphere' & 'relaxed atmophere' in different situations. I'm just wondering if they are exchangable.
Below here are two example sentences I picked out from an English learning magazine:
1. Brisbane,Australia has a relaxed atmosphere.
2.The spas' relaxing atmosphere lowers stress levels.
So it'll be very nice of you to help me distinguish the two.

relaxed = the place is relaxed. It is not busy or stressful.
relaxing = the place will make you feel relaxed if you go.
