Are the following two sentences correct and natural?
1. I haven't had a girlfriend for 2 years.
2. I don't have a girlfriend for 2 years. |

The first is fine. The second is not. "I dont have a girlfriend." would be okay. |

Do not (don't) is present tence whereas have not (haven't) is past tence
