I'd like to tell u about my problem(theory)
I feel that working in a group is really difficult !

working in group sometimes difficult because everybody has their own way of thinking/working and finding a way to work it out among other people is hard........however, in my opinion, working in group is great....less work to do........hahah

working in a group is great!! Yes!

U have to learn how to get alone with your cooperators. if you are a leader, you have to be fair to everyone. if not, u have to make your task clear, and when you are able to help your cooperators, give them your hands.

However, remember, Don't try to do everything!! if you do everything, from now on, people would think everything is just your duty!! you deserve to do them!! that's awful!

In short, do your work well, and help other cooperators when you are willing or free.

I think working in a group is great.However sometimes it is hard to bear up with your co-workers,there is always a good aspect of it.For example you can enjoy,enhance more information about your chaps.It makes you socially develepoted etc etc.
