Dear teachers,
Would you please tell me if my choices are right?
Complete the following sentences with all, every or each.
1) All that money and not a single penny for me!
2) She enjoyed it so much that she came back each and every day.
3) We took several photos each of them was lost in the plane.
4) You must water the plants every other day.
5) Not all Welshmen speak Celtic.
6) Not every man is fond of spiders.
7) Every single night, he would phone her.
Dont take them all. Take one each.
9) We must keep aslice of cake for each of them.
10) Take every word his says very carefully.
(is the last sentence written in correct English?)
Many thanks,
Hela |

"3) We took several photos each of them was lost in the plane."
The better choice is "all," but it needs a conjunction. For example "We took several photos, but all of them were lost in the plane."
"10) Take every word his says very carefully."
This should read "Take every word he says very carefully. |

For your information:
The language spoken by the Welsh people is called Welsh (although it is a Celtic language). |
