Can you correct my paragraphs?

Vegetable is good for your heaith.It is because you can
get more fiber in vegetable .Fiber can help you digest better .I often
eat fresh vegetable. Therefore,you want to have health intestines and
stomach, you need to eat fresh vegetable every day.


Swimming is a better sport. I like swimming , because
swimming can help me reduse fat, and it improves the circulation.
Also, swimming strong body and increase lungs power. So it is good
sport.


Fast food is not a healthy food. In the United States, many Americans are always busy with work, school, and other things. They never have enough time to eat nurtional meals. Therefore they try to save time and eat fast food instead. Common fast food include hot dogs,
hamburgers, french fries, etc. All these food are very unhealthy
because they contain high calories and fat. If people eat these food
for too long, they would get fat. In general, eating too much fast
food is bad for your health.
