I don't quite understand why there is "for" in this sentence, can I skip it?
"Ivy is full of malice and disdain for her ex-boyfriend."

You cannot skip it, but you can replace it with another preposition such as toward or against. |

Mmm, not "to". "For" is okay. It has to do with when to use what preposition. Strange English usage rules. |
