Front is sometimes used as a slang verb meaning 'to put on a false image'.
If you try to make yourself seem something you're not, then you are fronting.
An example might be someone who is trying to appear cool and confident, when really they are feeling nervous. Another example might be someone trying to look brave by saying tough things, when really they are hoping not to have a fight.
If someone says 'I don't front' then they mean they don't put on a fake image. They are a genuine person - what you see is what you get, the real thing.
'I don't front' means 'I don't try to make myself look like something I'm not'.
