Hi , I am college student in Japan. I think it is good to get old. Surely I afraid of getting old because the more I get old the more I get senile and fail exercise ability and health and aging of skin. But the more I get old the more I get knowledge and my precious experience and friends and can have various thought.

I�m not afraid of getting old, because as everyone says, it is part of life, we cannot change it. But we can live longer by eating healthy foods, doing exercise well and so on. Like this, everyone makes an effort to stay young by doing these things.
But on the other hand, some of people like to do dangerous things, like smoking, drinking a lot, taking drags even if they want to live longer. I don�t understand them. I think they have to quit if they want to live longer.

I do really agree with your opinion, but sometime I consider that the more money you have the more you want to be longevous
