I guess many woman have such experiences, especially from your boss.

when you face such harassment, how do you overcome it?

I have often suffered from sexual harassment from bosses since I graduated from university. and even when I was a college student, my chemistry teacher once sexually harassed me. I remember, it was in my first college year, after we finished my chemistry experiment, my teacher asked me to stay for a while, he claimed that he would tell me my mistakes in my chemistry experiment. I stayed. after all other classmates left, he told me:"you had no mistake in your experiment. I just wanna tell you how much I love you!" at that time, he hugged and kissed me without my consent! I felt so scared! you know, for a 17-year-old girl, that's definitely a shock! but I forced myself to calm down, and I told him:"teacher, you have to give me some time to think about your words, actually, you know? I also have some feelings for you I guess, but I am not sure!" he stopped while listening to my words. and he stared at me in surprise. I said:"yeah, I would tell you what I feel tomorrow, but now I have to pee. I guess I am too nervous!" he loosed me. I ran off in panic.

after I ran into my dorm, I felt very furious, and I decided to take revenge on him. the next night, I asked my best friend to accompany me to visit him in his appartment. my best friend talked to him, and I threw some lapactic into his cup when he was unaware.

In the following days, he even couldn't give a class I guess that lapactic was having some reactions on him!

I know this is offtopic (sorry RedRose) but as a teacher, what that teacher did is really horrible and sleazy. A teacher/student relationship is sacred, has been for aeons (well, millenia atleast).

Hayde, here in China, many teachers date their students. I think the same way as you do. I think the teacher-student relationship is holy. But that teacher was really awful!

a teacher loves the student!! why not??if a guy love a girl, the position, the former relationships are meaningless.
but in your case, he 's a mad man. It 's not the way for him to express his feeling to you. I think he abused his position. I think he didn't love you at all but he wanted to exploi a pitiable girl student by the way, he is a despicable man.
