Dear Teachers,

'smooth' criminal, what kind of criminal it is?

He (or she) is very good at what he does. He's very confident in his abilities and is difficult to catch. Perhaps he attempts crimes that other criminals would consider to be too risky, as he knows he has the skills to do it successfully. Most likely he is a thief of some kind (it'd be too glib to describe a murderer as "smooth").
