What does "wheel in x" mean?

This is the penultimate warning you get to clean up your room—next time, I'm wheeling in a garbage can and doing it myself

Sirius, Thank you. Is it because a garbage can has wheels on its bottom?

Not necessarily. To "wheel in" something is to bring it in as stated above. If I wanted to "wheel in" a garbage can, would mean I was bringing in a much larger garbage can than what I have. (I probably would contact a disposal company to do that.)
