There are several meanings for green in describing a person. None that I can think of fit very well with that sentence...
1. envious (sometimes jealous)
2. inexperienced (as in new in a job - describing a rookie)
3. nauseous (maybe the question was asked to a pregnant woman? - doen't seem very plausible, though)
4. environmentally aware |

I'm not 100% sure either, but I would guess that it means "fresh, awake, energized," in the way that new, healthy plants would feel fresh and energized. This makes sense in the context of asking people when they feel the best, since some people are "morning people" and other people are "night people." |
