Insomnia is difficulty in initiating and/or maintaining sleep. It is a term that is used often to indicate any and all stages and types of sleep loss. Insomnia is not a disorder, it is a symptom. Somebody is insomnia should be caused for three reasons.
First, the psychologic causes of insomnia. Somebody is stress, nightmares, and reinforcement of insomnia. Patients encounter this problem about 70%. These causes are problem of everybody that doesn�t want to happen.
Second, the precipitating factors of transient insomnia. This cause occur tension, sickness, cut off from the furlough and medications such as antihistamine, coffee, nicotine, alcohol, etc.
Finally, poor sleep environment such as ambient temperature, light, noise and include characteristic of bed partner for example snore and toss about on a bed.
In conclusion, the psychologic causes of insomnia, the precipitating factors of transient insomnia and poor sleep environment. That brings about the health problems both mentally and physically. So we should take care for health since today for your life in the future. What are the causes of insomnia?
