You can try using them in sentences. Most English words in our vocabulary have multiple meanings. So being able to use these new-learned words in simple sentences, I think they should help you remember them better.

Remembering them one by one simply takes away the fun of learning a new language. :P

Thank you. What do you think about remembering it by phonetic alphabet. Many Chinese teachers tell their student to remember the words in this way.But I am not sure if that is a good idea.Because I still forget the words in the teachers' way.

No that's a bad idea.
My suggestion to you, because I think that you are learning it in China:
Try to rewrite the vocabulary again and again.

For example, you have oscilloscope, induction, and electric waves as vocabulary: Just write it about 30 times:

1
oscilloscope - 示波器
induction - 归纳
electric waves - 电波

2
oscilloscope - 示波器
induction - 归纳
electric waves - 电波

and so on

If you have written your vocabulary (I know it will be more than only 3, but believe me, if you really achieve in writing them all down, then you can't be able to forget them.)
As I failed in a latin vocabulary test, the teacher told me to write the 30 vocabulary for 30 times.
And then I never forgot it.

I don't think writing vocabulary for 30 times would be a great idea to remember it.

IMHO, reading is a great way. just read so much as you can. you would remember plenty of vocabulary unwarily.
