When you start your careers or you enter a new company, make a good first impression on your boss or leader is important.
When a good impression had been maked on your boss, if you make mistakes in the work, your boss will think that is only a misplay. Otherwise, your boss will think why you always make mistakes. So before your boss had have a good impression on you, to do something carefully, don't make mistake, otherwise however you work hard that to change you boss opinion on you is very difficult.

it is up to what kind of boss you have got. my boss is a nasty guy, if I wanna impress him, I should wear topless clothes all the time! but I don't want to. because he once sexually harassed me and I warned him. now he seems very nice.

I agree,this is true.
Even with your friend to make your first impression is very important.
But remember that first impression is not always right.

fortunately, some months ago, my nasty boss was slapped by his wife in public!! Laughing that was like a big day for me!! his wife came to my school and slapped him, at that time, I felt very happy! I guess that he cheated on his wife again, that's why she slapped him. he just deserved that Laughing
