2 & 4 are fine, except that the name is "Giuliani."
#5: "The US Army" // "Saddam Hussein" is the spelling of the name.

7: I would change it to, "learn a second language, go to computer and piano lessons, etc. ..." The problem is that if you have "learn a second language, computer lessons...," it could be understood as, "learn a second language, learn computer lessons, learn piano lessons--when you have a list like this, the verb's meaning extend to the elements of the list, like:

I bought apples, candy, oranges, wine, milk, etc. --the verb "bought" applies to all the things in the list.

My edit to "go to computer and piano lessons" makes things a little simpler; it means "go to computer lessons and go to piano lessons."

#10: the only edit is: "have a mortgage to pay.

#11: change word order to "such a terrible accident"; the rest is fine.

13: "The official square footage of the house is 1300 square feet." For the second sentence, I might add, "measured it as 1400 square feet.

"Square footage" means, "the amount of square feet in an area." I changed "legal" because we don't need to determine if the square footage is legal or illegal--the phrase means that 1300 is a number that is recorded somewhere--1300 is what the house is supposed to be, so it is official. Compare: "The official start of winter is December 20th, although winter weather starts sooner in many places."

14: The most simple way to say this would be: "There is underage prostitution in some countries." I know that the ~ing words can be used as nouns, as in "There is gambling in Las Vegas," but "prostitution" is the word that is used to talk about the act in general. You could also say, "There are underaged girls (who are) prostituting themselves in many countries," but this sentence is longer than it needs to be. "Who are" is optional, and you can change "girls" to "boys" or "people" if you need to.
