Do you need "the" in this case. Your explanation will be appreciated.
A: When is the best date for the next meeting?
B: How about the July 15th at 7 p.m.? |

Hi Shinae,
You do not need "the" in the sentence. "The" is a definite article indicating something specific. You do not need "the" because July 15th, 7pm is very specific already.
