Dear All,
Do we use "Your English is fine!" to praise someone's English is really good? Or it is just to say "Your English is JUST fine!"? This is what a stranger (native American) said to me when he queried me about something.
Thank you so much for reading this and the help!

Hi Smallray,
You have just been complimented! Here is the difference:
Your English is fine. (Your English is passable to pretty good. I can understand you most of the time.)
Your English is just fine. (You may doubt yourself and you may falter sometimes; but I can understand your English most of the time.)
