I certainly hope this isn't an indication of how an essay will really be graded. All it does is label some sentences "gibberish," even if they aren't. For example, as a test I wrote a quick essay about making a cake. The answer was that this sentence was gibberish: "Make sure you put in the exact amount of all the ingredients in the same order as called for in the recipe." That may not be the best way to say it, but I don't think it's gibberish.

I'm sure that in a real test of your essay, the testers will see if you have a topic sentence, and if you proved your point by using examples. No automatic web-based checker can do that.

You need not say for free. If it's free, it's free.
You can have this advice for nothing.

I agree with Lorikeet. It has a very strange idea of what is gibberish. For example, it said that the following is gibberish:

International Data Corp forecasts that electronic commerce in China will be worth 28bn this year up from just 4.4bn in 2001.That kind of growth has helped send shares in Sina and its portal rivals Sohu.com and Netease soaring making them once again stars of the NASDAQ.
And online games a rapidly growing sector has been hard hit by the closure of around 80 per cent of the internet cafes where many players congregate.
