1. His childish behaviour has been holding on(??) (= continuing) up to
now.
No, and the meaning you wish is not clear. You could say:
a He still acts childishly. Meaning his childishness existed in the past and still continues.
b His childish behavior still continues.
c His ch. behavior has continued until now. Meaning he was childish, but has now quit.
NB: In the US, we spell "behavior" without the "u". But "hold on" is not a suitable idiom here
2.Tom: I`m happy that you could come.
Sue: Me too. (??)
Is fine & colloquial. Means "Yes, I'm also glad that I could come." Less colloquial = "I'm glad too" or "I am too". The objective case is technically "incorrect" but speakers still say "me" here.
I hadnt big success last year. (??)
No. "I wasn't very successful last year." or "I had little success last year." _________________ "This is insolence up with which I will not put." Winston Churchill, upon reading a newspapers criticism of his having ended a sentence with a preposition.
