hello
I just heard a song (by Placebo btw ) and there was said "Someone tried to me ache". Now, I know what "to ache" means (somehting like (to) hurt, see, head ache etc), but can I actually say "to me ache"? instinctively I'd say "Someone tried to ache me" and not the other way round.. so, I just wondered whether it's right or not.. I'd like to listen to my intuition

I think the song's writer was being a bit artistic with the language there. I don't think you'd normally say 'to me ache' (sounds like he meant someone was trying to cause him pain?).
I'm pretty sure you can't say 'to me ache'
But if you've eaten something bad that makes you feel sick, you can have a 'tummy ache'
