A Question for you

Could you please tell me which would be a correct English sentence?
1. Among interesting things to observe as you travel the world are the varied ways people adapt to their own unique environment.

2. Among interesting things as you travel to observe the world are the varied ways people adapt to their own unique environment.

(I thiknk #1 is correct, not #2, but cannot tell why it is not. Could you?)

Hi Satoru,

#1 is pretty good. I would edit your sentence as below:

QUOTE: Among interesting things to observe as you travel the world are the varied ways people adapt to their own unique environment.

Among the interesting things you might observe as you travel the world are the variety of ways people adapt to their own unique environment.

I'm sure there are many other ways to say it. Others may have better ideas.
