I am a english learner!I am chinese!and of course i am in china now!

but when i talk to a foreigner online,I really don't know what i say is a right way or not!I am afraid I had used chinese way to say english! That is in our country usually say "chinese English".That is satiric

so I want to know how can I learn native English! If the only way is go abroad!I think it is hard to me!because I have no enough money!

so I hope anyone who is native or who can speak native english can help!!

Immersion in an English environment is usually the best way. If you cannot go overseas, how about getting a job (even part time) at a foreign company? Become a tour guide for foreign tourists?
One little trick I encountered in Japan is college students who were studying English volunteered to be tour guides to us foreigners. Sometimes it was organized through a local tourist office, sometimes they just walked up to foreigners and offered to guide them through some shrine.
It's one idea.
