Hello,

Am I right to think that the possessive "s" would be pronounced like this?

1: Beth's --> like "s"

2: Steve's --> like "z"

3: Liz's --> like "iz"

If I am wrong, please correct me. If there is some kind of rule, please, let me know.

You are correct.

You can use the use the rules of possessives to spell possessives,
