actually, as the picture implies, this guy's heart is in his intestine. and his heart has been sh-it in his intestine for a long time!

But he dosen't look sore nor painful. instead, he looks like he lost something important. I guess that would be his heart. |

He is certainly suffering from stomach ache.
I doubt he is heartless though.
Heartless is when you cut off a guy's head or blow up children to score a political propaganda point.
If anything Bush is too soft on his enemies.
If he bombed them all flat then they would be busy while they build it up again.
Then you can say he is heartless. |
