I want to ask u people y blondes r considered so stupid that people make fun of them.

It's quite posible that they have a different view of things, which other person cannot c. They may not be aware of limitations of something which can be thought of as a distant opportunity.

In my childhood, my father bought me a tricycle.
U know what the first thing I did after coming back from the school?
I threw my bag and rushed to my tricycle.
Then I overturned it and sat on its back. I rotated its wheel with my hand and dropped balls on it. I was amazed to c that when I'm rotating the wheel clockwise, then y the ball spins anti-clockwise?
My friends laughed at me when i told them what I did with my new cycle.

But now, I realise I was correct and physics is in support of me.
I just want to say that may b blondes have a different perception, which v consider foolish.

Moreover, they make us laugh!!!!!!! the best thing in life.

I want to thanx blondes for making us laugh and I will love to have sum blonde friends.

red rose, I rushed TO my cycle. I'm not trying to establish a connexn between a blonde and a tricycle. I just gave n example that a thing which seems foolish to others may be very much logical to some other person.

Think tank didn't come up with the idea of "blondes are dumb". It's an urban myth that simply states blondes have lower intelligence than people of other hair colors.

And because most people think a tricycle is something you sit on to ride. However, that is only its primary purpose. An original thinker may find other uses for it.

Perhaps I wasn't being clear.

"Blondes are stupid" is a phrase frequently used on the Internet and sometimes amongst the teens in North America. No one participated in this thread ever said it's logical. In fact, it's often used for humorous effects fot its sheer absurdity.

Now if you read Think tank's post carefully instead of jumping into conclusions, you will realize that he is against such a notion. He said "It's quite posible that they have a different view of things, which other person cannot [see]." To support that, he provided a childhood experience in which he discovered an physical phenomena by the use of a tricycle wheel. When he shared his discovery with his friends they simply laughed at him despite the fact that it was valid and quite interesting. Thus he concluded that perhaps the same can be applied to blondes. Maybe they are not dumb, they just act differently. This is of course, a generalization in itself as it assumes that blondes act differently in the first place.

there are a lot of racist jokes all over the world, so it's really not a problem that jokes about blonds exist.
To my mind, these jokes about stereotypes are often not humurous, but you can't do anything.
And talking about it isn't very useful to my mind.

admiral, its not a problem for u, but think of the people who have to bear the humiliation. U swap ur place with them and then think how would u feel if people make fun of u even when u are correct(at least as u see).
