3.WE CAN WORK AGAINST VIOLENCE (= we can do something about violence)

Number 3 is fine.
For number 2, I'd say something like "Many people have (or experience, or are subject to) risk factors." I wouldn't say "are on risk factors."
For number 1, something like "If you are bullied, you're likely to respond aggressively" (or likely to get aggressive) seems more natural to me. |
