Steaks garnished with saut�ed shrimps in garlic butter.

Do you dip the shrimps in garlic butter then fry? OR fry first and pour garlic butter over the shrimps later?

The shrimp is saut�ed then put on the plate with garlic butter poured over it (or a side cup of melted garlic butter for dipping).
