All parents hope their children to study hard and enter a good university for finding a good job. But since the 90s of 20 century, the number of university students increasing quickly. Then there appeared a kind of unprecedented phenomenon that is the university students who has good fame with gods favored one are also faced with unemployed and this phenomenon are increasing day by day. As finding jobs have benefit for many families, so this phenomenon becomes the focus subject in the society. Even have someone thinks that it will cause enormous unemployment problems in the future. But I dont think so.
Say from students aspect. First, a university student cant find a job when just graduated, but it isnt equal that he will still unemployed in the future. Generally speaking, the high degree and rich knowledge is the basic for university students to work. As the education in college can strengthen the society orientation ability of students, so the students who unemployed when graduated after a certain search process can find jobs easily. Therefore, unemployment of university students isnt lasts for a long time. In addition, someone said that present university students want to find jobs is very difficult, in fact, it is only difficult in parts of a profession and some areas. Of course, also difficult in wages. All people hope to work in developed city, want to learn special field of study in great demand such as finance, accounting and computer and so on (Sohu 2005). Also, they want to find a suitable job with a decent earning. These thought are the important reasons of unemployment. Therefore, so long as university students can change the ideas, accept a proper quantity of salary level, willing to work in all kinds of professions and areas, reduce the expected value with work, work in an area where need oneself, dont persist in working where you want, then university students want to find jobs is not a difficult thing.
