3. You need "U.S.A." with the periods. Also, in a technical sense, the Constitution is not a law. A law is something that has been passed by Congress and signed by the President. The Constitution is what set up that process. You could substitute "law" with "authority" to make it technically correct.

5. I'm not sure if it is correct, but at best it is poor style. I'd recommend changing "having" to "to have."
6. It is grammatical, but I'm not sure if we really "feel" unconscious. I'd like "are" much better.
