I'm gloria,a very common name just like my life,but I like it. As a english major student,I don't have any advantage to study it. Although I am sophmore student,Istill have problems to learn it by myself. Can you help me to deal with this problem.

To be honest,I have the same problem with you.
As an old saying goes,practice makes perfect.I'm sure to tell you that you will succeed through hard work.
All that you do ,do with your might. Things done by halves are never done right.

Maybe you are right!
BUT My problem is not only about the study,it also about my family.
there are some problems, especially my yonger brother. He is only 11years old ,but he can do something that you can't image.And my parents usually worry about him.I don't how to help them to education my young brother.

It's really a big problem!I think his behaviours just implies that he opposes what you tell him to do .Maybe "trust" is a good medicament.
You should listen to him and let him know you care how he feel.Don't treat him as a child .boys in his age care about independence very much.
You can talk with him about something he interests.Take a genuine interest in his friends and what has happening at school .
