Smile I think Chinese are good at cooking. To Chinese, cooking nice food is not only a important part of life, but also a difficult subjuct. In China, which food can be called "nice food'?It includes three fields.many people simplely think that if a kind of food taste well then it's nice.but in China, the cook should make the food looked nice ,smell nice and taste nice. It's really a little strict.but it's reasonable.if you see the food you will feel uncomfortable, how can you say it's nice? if it smell bad,who would like to have it?of course the taste of the food is the most important.for these reason, nice food is not only for eating, but also for watching and enjoying.so be a good cook in China is very difficult.if you have chance to taste, take it!

I like any style of chinese food, but here in the USA most of the chinese resteraunts are quite horrible according to my chinese friends. I wouldn't say the food is bad, but it is very "fast food" like compared to the stuff they can prepare at home. I must admit however, my favorite food is cocoa-crispies Smile. So I am hard to displease when it comes to eating food.

I like some kinds of Chinese food - particularly the spicy dishes. I'm not really fond of meat dishes though.

Good luck,

Corey

Well, in my point of view, Chinese food is a very general topic. Since China is a large country, the food in different provinces varies greatly. On the whole, the people from the Northern and Eastern part of the nation prefers spicy tastes while citizens of the coastal regions prefers sweet flavors. So I believe Chinese food is a large topic and I doubt a foreigner who clams he likes Chinese food, would except all the dishes in the Chinese cooking list.

Until recently I was the only American that worked at this Chinese restaurant in town. On Sundays the rest of the employees would cook actual Chinese food (as opposed to Chinese fast food that they sell in America) and I can tell you honestly that it is completely different than what we're used to.

While I was there I had the pleasure of eating such dishes as pork intestine, salty vegetables, noodle soup, and something they called "old chicken" (which apparently was just a chicken that had been killed when it was very old). It was all very tasty and good for you.

If you ever have the chance to sample actual Chinese food, do so.

Bon Appetit!

I am a Chinese, of course I like Chinese food, especially the spicy food.
In Taiwan, there are lots of fast food restaurants. I think food from fast food restaurant is too oily and I dont like the greasy food.
I like cooking, when I cook for myself, in every dish beside soup I add thick chilli sauce and I think the food is very good to eat. Very Happy
And my favorite Chinese food are Mushroom Chicken Soup and Pineapple and Bitter Melon Chicken Soup. They are really delicious, if you have chances to eat Chinese food, you have to taste the two delicious foods. Very Happy
