attitude with a capital a = Attitude
It is a way to say that she has an attitude to an extreme degree. You could think of it as turning a common noun into a proper noun, something that has more prominence. The phrase is a general phrase, usuable with many things besides "attitude."
He has money with a capital m! = He has a lot of money! |

thanks bud for your explanations. now I got it. I remeber I once read a novel in which the author wrote:"he has a power with a capital P." then from your explanations, that means he is very powerful. |

Thanks, Red!
Yes, you are correct if it was, "He has power..." (no article) If it was, "He has a power..." it means that he had some particular power that was very strong (ex., x-ray vision, a sixth sense, etc.). |

| The "special capitalization" can be used as an insult as well, as in "she's a b*tch with a capital B." |
