Game-online is an activity or sport in which people compete with each other according to agreed rules. Gamer will play games on computer. Today, game-online is spread amid students and teens. In my view, parents should ban their children from playing game-online.
First, apart from relaxation, game-online is useless. This activity makes them bad health. For example, If they play for long time, they may be shortsighted. Moreover, playing games might increase family outcome because their parents have to pay for hospital bill. Second, game-online can cause academic failure. If students play too much before class or the night before, they may be unable to concentrate on their school work. They may miss class and miss term paper deadlines. Moreover, students do not understand the lesson because they feel drowsy.
In brief, game-online is not useful and it wastes your time. Therefore, students should not play game-online. What do you think about game-online ?

I hate when my students concentrate on online-game without paying any attention to their studies.

If you are not a seld-controlled person, then online-game can ruin your future and your life. that would be terrible!

Online gaming is not so bad when kids play for a short time once a day (after homework) but when they play for hours and hours an end they loose concentration for their school work, and fall behind if they are not careful.

In my direct surrounding some kids are addicted to World of Warcraft but they do not fall behind on their homework and their grades don't slip too. This is because the parents make them do their homework first.
But when they are ready they hide behind their pc's and play the entire day until they have to go to bed.
When I was their age (I feel old Razz) I used to play outside with my friends but nowadays they play digitally which is concerning.

But the problem is that most children lack self-control.

That's true and most parents are not consistent enough to let their kids play for a give time every day. I think kids these day don't learn anything about self-control at school and the parent don't know or have time to raise their kids in a proper way.
So I think it's both the parent and the school's fault because kids are not wise enough to figure such thing out for themselves.

They might as well be doing something that they will be doing for a long time as opposed to something they don't care about and will forget.

but nothing can do a better job to make children addicted than online-game dose!! online-game is like drug! you definitely know it's harmful, but you are always attracted to it! and it really affects your normal life!

Even some adults can't get rid of online-game. They take to online-game and always can't do their work well. that's also terrible.
