Dear teachers,
I'm kind of confused of the following sentence.
1) It's not very expensive,I don't think.
2) I think it's not very expensive.
3) I don't think it's very expensive.
Are they the same meaning?

2 and 3 mean the same thing.
1. is a double negative so it means the opposite; i.e. that it IS very expensive. |

| Except that if someone actually said number 1, the chances of their meaning that it was really expensive are small. |
