In Hong Kong, a lot of people are under stress. No matter children, teenagers, adults and elderly.
For children, the stress is mainly come from homework and study. They are always nagged by parents and teachers to work hard to get a good grade so as to enter a top secondary school. If they couldn't get into a famous school then they are doomed to be a failure.
For teenagers, they have more stress such as examinations, peers and love affairs etc.
For adults, stresses mainly come from family and work. They are worried about their relationship with their spouses or whether their jobs are secure or not.
For elderly, they are sad when they find that they have to depend on their children due to poor health, they are stressed because their children do not take good care of them or regard them as a burden.
I don't know whether people in other countries are facing the same stress as ours.

Stressprvent your body from releasing growth hormons. We may not live without stress in morden life, but we can try to stay away from it.
Remember thatyou cannot solve problems just because you worried about them. Try not to worry and be happy.

Good luck Smile
