But I prefer objective comments to pure compliments.

As a Chinese, I know my country isn't so perfect as other countries. we have our problems, maybe that's what we still work on.

Napoleon once said "China is a sickly, sleeping giant. But when she awakes the world will tremble"

I've never been to China but heared you're the nation consists of the people as busy as the bees. You're hardoworking and loyal and that's the main reason your economic is growing so rapidly and how enormous ability to develop it has.

In China the difference of poor and rich is much greater than in the western countries, and they respect foreigners more than own people.
Mr. Green
I think that's stupid: But in general, chinese people like social affairs more than european guys and they are very warm-hearted. That's what I like.

basically,it's not a big deal..the problem is, it is how we as individual perceive it.it's just like when talk racism..i'll bet nobody like it..

being partially of everything in you will make you think..i'm partially chinese, european, english and asian. wht makes a person lies within, always believe in tht.

basically, every race hav their own qualities n defaults..n as the new generations, we learn from their mistakes and adapt to their glories.

The major sources that foreigners get to know about China and Chinese are:
Overseas Chinese
Media
Chinese speaking a foreign language

This could get very limited and biased. Overseas Chinese and those who speak English obviously have certain distinguished qualities, both good and bad.

Media often sways between good China and bad China stereotypes. The topics over-stress on politics, economic achievements, and mysterized cultures.

The reality is, most people have no need to understand China. So I'm totally fine that they form a odd and usually negative impression. If you're indeed interested in this country, make a travel seems necessary. I know Chinese sounds like a formidable language to learn, but it depends on the strength of your motive.
