Do you know the importance of health?

Health is more important any other things in our's life.

In my opinion, living on vegetable is the best way to keep good health.

When you eat meat, you'd better eat vegetables and fruits together.

Exercise is also very important for health.

So, I try to live on vegetables, but it is very difficult.

Sometimes, I'd like to eat meat .

I totally agree with you on the matter of keeping good health. Actually I used to be a vegetarian, but it only lasted for about six months. I decided to become a vegetarian after listening to a tape which described the advantages of eating vegetable foods. In this tape, the speaker brought up several viewpoints to advise that one should be on a vegetarian diet, such as lowering the cholesterol, avoiding butchering animals, reducing the risk of suffering from cancers, etc.. I took the advice and kept on a vegetarian diet for about six months, but I finally gave up. The reason why I quit was not because I couldn't forget about the scent of meat, it's just because I got thinner and thinner since starting a vegetarian diet. After being a vegetarian for about six months, I lost lots of weight, and this was not what I wanted. Eventually, my Mom forced me to stop and subsequently I began to eat meat again. Now I have restored my weight to normal and desist from keeping on a vegetarian diet temporarily. Although I am not a vegetarian now, I still believe that vegetarian diet is better than meat one. Maybe I'll try it someday as long as it won't thin my weight anymore.
