The food in my hometown is very delicious. The most famous food is crab. The crab in my hometown is different from bother crab. It is the most famous crab in China. It is named Yangcheng Crab. In autumn, the crab is ripe. Quite a lot of people will come to my hometown to eat crab. The crab lives in very clean water. Its carapace is dark green and claw is golden. After it is cooked the carapace is red. The flesh is melting and fishy.
If you eat other food after you eat a YangCheng Crab you will find you can not taste the flavour of other food.
