Hi, there!
Today I'd like to ask you about the difference between 'at school' and 'in the schoolyard'.
Look at the following sentences.
#1. He played baseball at school yesterday.
#2. He played baseball in the schoolyard yesterday.
What is the difference in meaning between these two sentences?
Especially, I am interested in the meaning of #1.
I'm looking forward to your kind explanation.
Thanks. |
