Seoul is the capital city of Korea. Seoul is a very safe and friendly city.
The weather is different in all season of the year.
The Spring is very popular time because it's very warm and you can see a lots of flowers, it's great time for your to travel. The autumn is also great time because the weather is not cold and not hot. You can see beautiful mountains. In my opinion the autumn is the best season for traveling. The summer is hot and quite wet and there is much rain.
The winter is too cold and sometimes it has too much snow; but it's the best season of enjoying skiing. My favorite place in seoul is the worldcup park. It's a very nice place because there are a lot of lawns. I love relaxing time there and you can enjoy inline skating. It's a very exiting and funny sport. I used to enjoy inline skating with my friend there.
