What does "trace-making" below mean?

another possibility .....
trace: plait, braid; fasten in bunches (as onions or garlic)
Given that the emirates (Trucal) proposed the formation of a federation with Qatar and Bahrain........... allow me to change my guess.
Let me know what your "guess" is. |
