Hi if you want to create a website try using yahoo Geocities, its free http://geocities.yahoo.com/ and its a good place to start for beginners. I use Yahoo to communicate with my students.
You can also try using the software Dreamweaver MX 2004. I recommend it for intermediate users and a little more difficult, but once you master it you can do great websites.
