Helen.Deng -

Your question is a good one and has been asked many times in this forum.

Have you read any of the advice posted in the "Help Center" or "Learning English" forums?

Also, you might try typing "how to learn English" in the search function on the index page of this forum ( almost 4,000 related responses! ).

The short answer to your question is..... read and practice speaking a little everyday.

Being "very interested in English" is a great start!

Let me know what you find. Philo

Hello Luckyyoung - Yes, that's a good point!

If it's okay, let me try to help you with your sentence.
"If you study English hard, I believe you will be able to speak English very well."

Please don't let these small corrections stop you from writing again.
If you write and speak English often, I believe you will be able to write and speak English very well! :) Philo

One way to remember English is to use it. If you just study it, and then stop using it when you close your book or when you leave your classroom, of course you will forget it.

But maybe you can do some small things in English every day. For instance, if you list the things you have to do each day, list them in English. If you like to watch a certain TV show, pretend that you are with an English-speaking friend who wants you to explain the show (what just happened) during each commercial break. You can find many ways to use English for a few minutes here and there during the day. And when you get stuck, you know what you want to study next time. Smile

There are also some online sites where you can chat with other people who are interested in English, and this way you can practice listening and speaking.
