Hi, teachers!
I wanna ask a question about "raffle board". I understand "raffle" is a kind of lottery, and I think I know how the winner is chosen in raffle. But what is "raffle board"? What kind of board is it? It seems to have punctures, but what are they for? I checked Google image search engine and could not find the image of the board. Could anyone help me?

Hello,
I'm not sure what a raffle board is. One idea: sometimes a board is a group of people in charge of something (like an administrative board, a school board, a board of directors, or a board of supervisors). Could "board" be referring to people in charge of the raffle, rather than to a physical object? |
