According to all propaganda emanating from capitalist society, a man is presumed innocent until he found guilty.
So Milosevic died an innocent man.
I feel entitled to ask, why did this innocent man die, locked up in a jail where he has been for 5 years?
He was a lawyer by profession, but he was not allowed to present his own defence, but was made to accept a lawyer appointed by this foreign court.
I think this episode calls into question the legitimacy of the world court at Den Haag. How has it arrogated to itself this power ?

The prosecution of Milosevic to the War criminal court was unfair
compared with other war crime suspects like Bush, Sharon, etc.

Unfair means it is not justice.
