Her father split when she was 1, adn her mother worke at Big O's, a *bare-knuckle bar* where songs like Politically Uncorrect would have been *at home* on the jukebox.

"bare-knuckle bar" -- I"ve never heard this expression, but I think it refers to a place that's rough, low-class, or unrefined. Maybe it refers to fighting and brawling at the bar as well.

"At home" means to be natural, fitting, or appropriate in an area. To say that a song would be "at home" on a jukebox in a certain bar means that the song is liked by the customers at the bar because it (the song) reflects their values or political beliefs.
