It's "suspicious", since "suspiciously" is an adverb. However, the sentence is awkward and doesn't sound natural. It would be better to say:
He is acting suspicious.
He looks suspicious.
His actions are suspicious.
Hope this helped! |

hey, thanks for replyling but yet I've still got a question: Why do I say "He acts suspicious" rather than "he acts suspiciously"? |
