Which one is correct? Why? Mr. Huang ang his sisters all / both grew up in the USA.

"Both" does not work here because the sentence mentions at least THREE people (Mr. Huang and at least 2 sisters). "Both" is used for two of something, not for three or more of something.

"All" is correct.
